Save the Horses 2nd Annual Charity Horse Show
We provide the space.  You bring a tent, table & chairs.   
IMPORTANT: Only one company allowed per show - please check the current vendor list ​BEFORE you register to ensure we don't already have your company represented.

Agreement For Commercial Exhibit Space


SHOW HOURS: 9:00AM to 5:00PM (or until show ends)
VENDOR HOURS: 6:15AM to 4:00PM
PAYMENT: If the Vendor fails to make full payment as set forth in the contract, all rights of Vendor hereunder shall cease and terminate.  NO REFUNDS
PRODUCTS/SERVICES FOR SALE: All items to be sold are subject to approval by the Event Committee & Save the Horses Horse Rescue. 
TAX & LICENSE: Vendor Tax Number must be posted in/on Booth.
VENDOR RESPONSIBILITY: Vendors are responsible for setting up and cleaning their space at the end of the day. Set-up starts at 6:15 AM, with tent completion by 7:30AM on Sunday, June 10. The vendor is responsible for set up, supplies (tables, chairs and tents), operation, maintaining and dismantling of the booth. The vendor shall maintain a clean and safe operation for the full duration of the event. The vendor shall clean up booth site and remove or dispose of trash. Vendors are expected to comply with all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations, and shall have all appropriate licenses, permits and other required documentation.
RAIN OR SHINE EVENT: This event is held rain or shine, but if weather conditions are extremely unfavorable, event officials may temporary halt all activities. There is no rain date for the event and no refunds will be made.
LIABILITY: Save the Horses. and the Save the Horses Charity Horse Show will not be liable for any loss or damage of property to vendors or their employees due to fire, the elements, robbery, accidents, injury or any cause whatsoever that may arise from use of the occupancy of leased space.  Exhibitors will take all necessary precautions for the safety of their personnel, other exhibitors and all other persons upon the premises and shall comply with all applicable provisions of federal, state and municipal safety laws, building codes and ordinances to prevent accidents and injury.
TERMINATION OF CONTRACT: This license may be terminated by Save the Horses at any time on the breach of any of the conditions by the vendor, and thereupon all his/her rights hereunder shall cease and terminate, and any payments made by him/her on account hereof, prior to said termination, shall be retained by Save the Horses and may thereupon resell said space.
GENERAL: The management of the Save the Horses Charity Horse Show reserves the right to decline or prohibit any vendor or portions thereof, and to permit only such conduct as shall be approved by it.

By participating in this event, the exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Save the Horses Horse Rescue (Horse Rescue, Relief, Retirement Fund, Inc.), Save the Horses Horse Rescue and their Board members, staff, employees, volunteers and sponsors (collectively Save the Horses Horse Rescue’s Charity Horse Show) from any and all liability for damage, County Health code violations, injury or loss to any person or goods for any reason. The exhibitor understands that he/she is an independent party and is solely responsible for their booth space and operation, and that Save the Horses Horse Rescue is just providing a place for the party to conduct their business.

Vendor submission of the Registration Application indicates acceptance of these participation rules.
No application will be processed without full payment of registration fee. Vendor space is limited. Please submit your application as soon as possible.

DISPUTE: All matters of disputes not covered by this agreement shall be resolved by Show Management.
NOTE: Please read the agreement carefully.
