THANK YOU Angie, Avery, and Faustina for picking SaveTheHorses to earn your Girl Scout Silver Award!  Bama Girl and Marquis love their new view!  The Girl Scout Troop #3163 painted several of the shelters at SaveTheHorses for our resident animals and volunteers to enjoy. We truly appreciate your artistry and love how cheerful and bright the shelters are, a change for the better!

Bake Sale Earns Big Dough

Meet Ali and her bestie Lola.  They wanted to do something for the Rescue so they held a bake sale on February 15, 2018 at the  Summit Hill Elementary Talent Show.  And guess what??? They raised over $350!!!!
Ali's mom, Andrea,  said "We met many people who were familiar with STH and others who were very interested. Two people told us they actually got horses from there!"
                                        HUGE THANKS to Ali & Lola for being such a great friends to the animals.

We are an all-volunteer organization where we currently have no paid staff.  We could not do all that we do without the help of our incredible volunteers! 
 
Each and every volunteer that comes our way is truly valuable to our organization, and we appreciate all of the hard work and effort that volunteers give to us freely on a daily basis.
